We send you a tracking number along with courier name by email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delhi-NCR orders are not trackeable (Kindly call the courier company - "Pikndel" directly to know status of the parcel delivery).

ORDERING TIPS:- Couriers can take anywhere from 2-10 working days to get delivered (See more details for different cities below)
Our parcels are packed very carefully by using 3-ply tough cartons, then the bubble wrap is put inside the parcel for safety of the products and additionally we wrap up the whole carton with security sealed pouches and tape.
We send the packed parcels forward all over India through various reputed courier companies such as Fedex, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Trackon courier or by Speed post for remote locations where the courier services are not available.
All the Delhi-NCR orders, which have been received before 11 am will be delivered by next day.*
(Not applicable to orders received on Saturdays & Public holidays and and orders during promotional & festive SALE)

Note for Delhi-NCR customers: Nutrimed hands over the parcels to our courier partner (PiknDel) timely. There is no tracking number for Delhi-NCR orders since its delivered by hand through Pikndel representative. Incase Delhi-NCR orders are not delivered by next day evening, we request you to kindly contact Pikndel customer care on 011-25747474 / email@example.com & provide them your name & address and inform them that you have ordered from Nutrimed Healthcare. They will sort out the issue as soon as possible.

Expected delivery time-frame:
DELHI-NCR order = 1-2 working days.
A1 & A2 Metro cities (Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad etc.) = 3-5 working days.
Rest of India = 5-10 working days.
Remote locations such as North East = 7-12 working days.
