In case where your payment has been deducted but you haven't received Order confirmation email/sms, kindly write to us at: customercare@nutrimed.co.in & send us your Transaction ID (received from PAYU on successful payment). We will resolve the issue & generate your order ASAP.

We have also introduced a payment option for all those customers who do not have credit card/debit card or netbanking to make online payment. We have introduced Bank Deposit as a payment method, where any customer can easily go to nearest ICICI bank branches and do a cash deposit or you can do NEFT transfer directly also from your own bank account/branch (any bank to bank transfer). 

Once a customer does a cash deposit, they receive a deposit slip. Kindly send us the photo of deposit slip on = customercare@nutrimed.co.in

If you do an NEFT transfer, kindly send us screenshot of the transfer or UTR no. on our email: customercare@nutrimed.co.in
